We are delighted that Ischtar Khalaf-Newsome has been invited to participate on behalf of MiKK in the international round table today in London. The event is organized by CALA (Child Abduction Lawyers Association) at the Law Society of England & Wales. Ischtar will be speaking on the German perspective concerning the practical application of international legal instruments in international child abduction cases and the benefits of mediation in such cases.
