Dr Lena-Maria Möller, Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, will be reporting on contemporary trends concerning the concept of „the best interest of the child“ in contemporary Muslim jurisdictions. This is part of the current research project of the Max Planck Research Group on Family and Succession Law in Islamic Countries.
