The AMICABLE Project was initated by MiKK to create Best Practice Tools assisting with the enforceability of mediated agreements in the EU and a Model for incorporating mediation into child abduction proceedings, in cooperation with the Universidad de Alicante, Universita’ di Milano-Bicocca and the Uniwersytet Wrocławski.

National Seminars
The Project started in March 2019 and will offer National Seminars in the participants’ countries. You can find Seminars in Spain, Italy and Poland under www.amicable-eu.org or in our Events Section.

Best Practice Tools
The Best Practice Tools created by the participating countries, as well as the EU-wide tool will be available at www.amicable-eu.org.

Final Conference
