Free MiKK Online Course: Introduction to Online Mediation –  9th April 2020

with Eva Schwittek & Christian von Baumbach

In these very challenging times for all of us, MiKK and MiKK Mediators remain open for business! We continue helping parents in crisis by offering cross-border mediations conducted online. Most of the mediation requests we have received over these past few weeks have taken place online because of the “social distancing” required at present. Regardless of this, parental conflicts continue and those parents are grateful to be able to count on your professional assistance. A big thank you to all of you who responded positively to our recent e-mail confirming that you are available to conduct cross-border mediations online!

To support our MiKK mediators who may still be unfamiliar with online mediation or who wish to brush up on conducting mediations via Zoom, Skype or other platforms, MiKK is happy to offer a free of charge online course on this important topic next week. There are a number of things to consider in online mediation, such as technical know-how questions or how to build trust and a good rapport with parents in the virtual space. If you want to find out more, sign up to our online course on Thursday next week:
