The AMICABLE Project was conceived by MiKK e.V. and has the aim to create a legal “roadmap” in form of a Best Practice Tool for judges, legal practitioners and mediators which will assist parents with the cross-border enforceability and recognition of mediated family agreements. The project is carried out in co-operation with the Universidad de Alicante,  the Universita’ di Milano-Bicocca and the Uniwersytet Wrocławski.

There will be three National Seminars taking place, one in Italy (hosted on site), one in Spain (hosted online) and one in Poland (hosted online).
